- Omeprazole 20 mg bid or Lansoprazole 30 mg bid
- Clarithromycin 500 mg bid
- Metronidazole 250 mg qid (or tid)
- Amoxicillin 1 g bid or Metronidazole 500 mg bid if Amoxycillin intolerant
